The Brompton Players are a group that produce a yearly pantomime. We were formed in 1994, and are based in Brompton, Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

We stage the pantomime in the Village Hall. The hall is "transformed" for the production. Rows of seats are set out and the stage extended and scenery flaps mounted by the back stage crew. Scenery painted by the scenery painters. Microphones and speakers set up, costumes made and hung backstage for quick changes, refreshments set up. Then after only a few days, back to normal. It's as if we have never been there, except for the pleasant memories of the audience and cast.

The Brompton Players keep going from strength to strength and we are all looking forward to this years pantomime, which will be "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" by Alan P. Frayn.
